DOH NDP 2016 Application Updates by Region

Department of Health will once again hire nurses next year for Nurse Deployment Project (NDP) 2016. This post will update interested nurses on application schedule, requirements and other details per region.



NDP is a DOH program that hires Filipino nurses for deployment to communities identified by National Anti-Poverty Commission. Accepted nurses are given P26,878 monthly salary.

The government will hire a total of 15,727 nurses for NDP 2016, over 1,500 more compared to this year. Aside from nurses, 946 doctors, 3,100 midwives, 324 dentists, 713 public health workers and 308 medical technologists will be deployed.

The recruitment and selection of nurses is handled by DOH Regional Offices, following the guidelines set by the health department. Here are the updates, by region:
