NDP 2016: Region 7 Qualifying Exam schedule, list of examinees

DOH Regional Office 7 in Cebu has released the schedule of qualifying exam for applicants of Nurse Deployment Project (NDP) 2016.



NDP is part of health department's thrusts under the Human Resources for Health (HRH) Deployment Program, which also includes Universal Health Implementers, Dentist Deployment Project (DDP), Rural Health Midwives Placement Program (RHMPP), Medical Technologists Deployment Project (MTDP), and Public Health Associates Deployment Project (PHADP).

Schedule of examinations shall be on December 15-16, 2015. Applicants are advised to come on their designated schedule. Only applicants listed below are eligible to take the examinations. Tardy applicants will not be entertained.

Cebu (NDP, RHMPP, DDP and UHC Implementers)- Cebu Business Hotel, Colon St. Cebu City
Siquijor (NDP, RHMPP, DDP and UHC Implementers)-
Medical Technologists- DOH Narra Conference Room, DOH RO7, Cebu City

What to bring

a. Black pen
b. Valid PRC ID. Incase of expired PRC IDs, kindly bring your PRC Claim stub.
c. Another valid government issued ID with picture for verification purposes.

Reminders

  • Mobile phones, electronic devices and bulky bags are not allowed in the examination room. These items shall be left outside the examination room.
  • Applicants are encouraged to wear decent clothing during the examination. Slippers, mini-skirts and spaghetti straps are not allowed in the examination room.
  • NDPs hired for the contract period of November 15, 2015- December 31, 2015 shall no longer take the exam. Furthermore, NDP replacements who were also hired after November 15, 2015 shall no longer take the exam.
  • All RHMPPs and PHAs hired on 2015 shall no longer take the examination.
