Iloilo is one of the various testing locations of nursing board exam given last December 7 and 8, 2013. The result of the NLE was released in 24 working days after the test, with a total of 10,977 out of 35,475 passing the exam given by the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, Nueva Ecija, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
