Pursuant to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice”.
In Cebu, the registration will on February 4-10, 2014 at One Pavillion Mall basement located at Banawa, Cebu City. If you are one of NLE passers, here's the schedule:
- February 4: From ABAD, Angelica Bacason to CAGUITLA, Cara Isabelle Sarona
- February 5: From CAHILO, Sherry Mae Sambilad to FERNANDEZ, Tala Krishna Maravillas
- February 6: From FEROLINO, Joedily Padilla to MALAZARTE, Vincent Ray Sumpio
- February 7: From MALCE, Mary Ann Baguio to RECLA, Patricia Marie Georsua
- February 10: From REFAMONTE, Jacyn Mae Sumatra to ZATA, Iylen Grace Ofril
Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal may be secured at the PRC Office or you may download it from PRC website. Other requirements can be obtained inside PRC Office. Passers have to bring the following:
- NSO birth certificate (original and photocopy)
- Nursing Application Form (photocopy)
- Permanent Examination Registration Record Card (photocopy)
- Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2014-2017
Nurses may file their certificate of passing and board rating on their schedule. For those who will miss their scheduled date, you may register starting February 11, 2014 onwards.
