Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) undersecretary Dominador Say said that the two European countries welcome the nurses to fill the need for 22,000 nurses.
In a report over GMA7's Unang Balita on Wednesday, Say said that the monthly salary for these nursing opportunity is at least P150,000. The hired nurses can also bring their families to live with them in the two countries.
Interested applicants may go to the office of DOLE in the next few weeks for the hiring requirements.
The Philippines has signed deal with Germany government for employment of nurses through the Triple Win Project. It is implemented on the basis of an agreement between the German Federal Employment Agency (BA) and POEA on the procedure, the selection and the placement of these health professionals.
