August 2015 Visa Bulletin: EB-3 Philippines at June 1, 2004

US Department of State has published the latest Visa Bulletin for next month of August, and the cut-off date for visa processing of Employment Based Category 3 in the Philippines got back to June 1, 2004.

The August 2015 Visa Bulletin is now published online, and the cut-off date for EB-3 for Philippines has advanced, from Unavailable status in July 2015.

US Department of State issues the monthly visa bulletin, which indicates the cut-off date for processing in the upcoming month. Foreign nurses have been keeping an eye on it and the processing has improved tremendously.

This is a little bit of good news for nurses who are included in the EB-3 Category of processing, together with other Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Other Workers: 28.6% of the worldwide level, plus any numbers not required by first and second preferences, not more than 10,000 of which to "*Other Workers".
