PhilHealth Customer Assistance, Relations & Empowerment Staff (CARES) nurses aims to provide members with essential information on availment of benefits, membership and eligibility requirements, premium contribution and accredited health care providers.

- Training: None required
- Eligibility: Civil Service Professional/Second level eligibility/PD 907/ RA 1080
Additional Preferences:
Willing to travel; keen to details; must not be a relative of any Philhealth employee up to 3rd degree of affinity; with good communication and interpersonal relation skills; non-smoker
