The US Department of State - Bureau of Consular Affairs published the upcoming US Visa Bulletin for September in their website, and just like in the previous month, it is a big jump from previous month's cut-off of processing.
Cut-off date of June 2014 Visa Bulletin is at January 1, 2009, then it zoomed to June 1, 2010 in July Visa Bulletin.
The upcoming Visa Bulletin summarizes the availability of immigrant numbers during September. Only applicants who have a priority date earlier than the cut-off date may be allotted a number. Here's the full bulletin for Employment Based Preferences:
