Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Eligibility: RA 1080
- Experience: At least 3 months experience on a particular area of assignment
- Others: Must undergone IV Therapy training; Member of any accredited professional organization for nurses
Qualified nurses may submit their application letter (please specify area of assignment), resume and other pertinent documents needed for evaluation at the HRM office, WVSUMC not later than April 14, 2014.

- Transcript of Records/Diploma
- Report of PRC Board Rating
- Updated PRC ID
- Certificate of trainings/seminars attended (2012 to present), if any
- Certificate of employment or service records (area of assignment specified)
- Proof of membership to any accredited professional organization of nurses
- IV Therapy Card
- Performance Rating (last 2 rating periods), if any
