Bacolod now a test venue for NLE

A total of 306 nursing graduates will take the  Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) set on May 25-26, 2014 in Bacolod, the first time this year that the board exam will be conducted in the city.

All 306 examinees who have earlier filed their applications for NLE requested for a transfer of examination venue from Iloilo City to Bacolod.

The transfer had to be made for the reason that the Online Application System or OAS initially did not include Bacolod City as among the venue of choice so graduates of schools, colleges and universities in Negros Occidental, many of whom are based in Bacolod City, were not aware that the 2014 Schedule of Licensure Examinations (Calendar Year 2014) included it as a venue.

Aside from the May 2014 NLE, Bacolod City will also serve as venue for the July 27, 2014 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers and the November 29-30, 2014 NLE.
