The April 2015 Visa Bulletin is now published online, and the cut-off date for EB-3 for Philippines has advanced to October 1, 2014, from June 1, 2014 in March.
US Department of State issues the monthly visa bulletin, which indicates the cut-off date for processing in the upcoming month. Foreign nurses have been keeping an eye on it and the processing has improved tremendously.
This is good news for nurses who are included in the EB-3 Category of processing, together with other Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Other Workers: 28.6% of the worldwide level, plus any numbers not required by first and second preferences, not more than 10,000 of which to "*Other Workers".
