US Department of State - Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the latest bulletin which summarizes the availability of immigrant numbers during October 2014. And for Employment Based category 3 which includes nurses, the cut-off date for processing is at October 01, 2011.
Last month, the cut-off date is at April 01, 2011. Here's the rest of dates for EB3:

(NOTE: Numbers are available only for applicants whose priority date is earlier than the cut-off date listed below.)
