Germany hiring 750 nurses, salary up to ₱165,000 monthly

More Filipino nurses can now seize the opportunity of working in Germany as the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) through its government hiring facility continues to accept applications under the Triple Win Project. This Germany hiring for nurses is exempted from the deployment cap as it is government-to-government deployment. 

POEA announced that the hiring is to cater the urgent need of the International Placement Service of the German Federal Employment Agency (ZAV/BA) of registered nurses to fill up the 750 vacancies for ICU, geriatric care or elderly care, general wards, medical and surgery wards, operating room, neurology, orthopedics, and psychiatry.
Interested applicants must be Filipino citizen, a permanent resident of the Philippines with Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and must possess an active Philippine Nursing License with at least one year of related experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centers or any health care institutions. 

Also, interested applicants must have German language proficiency and is willing to undergo German language training paid by ZAV/BA, and must be able to attend the language classes in November 2021-January 2022 to achieve B1 or B2 Language Proficiency Level in accordance with Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. 

Successful candidates will have a starting monthly salary of €2,300 or Php 135,700, and an increase to € 2,800 or Php 165,200 after recognition as a qualified nurse. 

A bonus payment of €250 will be also given if the candidate passed the A2 and B1 language exams in first take. Also, the employer will pay the visa and airfare from the Philippines to Germany and will assist the employee find a suitable accommodation. 

The selected nurse will bear the expenses in full or in part of the board and lodging. 

 Applicants should first register online at www.poea.gov.ph or at https://onlineservices.poea.gov.ph//OnlineServices/POEAOnline.aspx and personally submit the following documents at the counters of Manpower Registry Division, Ground Floor, Blas F. Ople Bldg. (formerly POEA Bldg.), Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City. 

The needed documentary requirements for registration include: 
(1) Cover letter and curriculum vitae with colored passport size picture; 
(2) Nursing Diploma (notarized copy); 
(3) Board Certificate and copy of license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC); 
(4) Certificates of employment in related field (previous and current) (notarized copy); 
(5) Attendance and/or level certificate for German language, if available; and 
(6) Valid Passport copy (at least 6 months valid upon submission of application. 

All documents must be fastened in a folder labeled with RSF No. 210007, Applicant’s Name, Position Applied For, Country of Destination, PEOS Online Number and E-Registration Number. 

Also, all applicants are required to present their original documents for authentication of written information before forwarding the resume to the employer. 

The deadline of submission of applications from POEA Regional Offices is on August 27, 2021 and on August 31, 2021 for the applicants from the Central Office (POEA - Ortigas).
