MSMC is a level two (Level 2) hospital (DOH 2013 classification of hospitals) conveniently located near SM Center Molino along National Road (Molino-Paliparan Road), Molino IV in the City of Bacoor. It is owned and managed by SOUTHHILL MEDICAL SPECIALISTS, INC., a duly organized corporation established in June of 1996.

Qualifications

A. EDUCATION: BSN Graduate with LICENSE.
B. EXPERIENCE: At least ONE YEAR experience in giving nursing care.
C. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
-Admits patients.
-Gives direct nursing care to the patients
-Assists patient in moving, maintaining proper alignment of patient’s body and utilizing good body mechanics.
-Takes record and vital signs.
-Records observation to the attending physicians.
-Assist physicians when examining patients.
-Prepares patient for assist doctors with diagnostics and therapeutic procedures.
*EFFORT
A. MENTAL EFFORT:
-Plan, gives evaluate nursing care.
-Identifies nursing needs of the patient
-Takes and records vital signs.
-Observes signs and symptoms, institutes and remedial action when needed and records all these on his chart.
-Carries out doctor's legal order.
-Administer and chart medications and patients reaction to medications.
-Gives health teachings.
-Charts accurately the medications and treatments given .
-Attends meetings and seminars and conferences.

B. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONS:
-Admits Patients
-Gives direct nursing care to the patients.
-Performs irrigations, catherizations and gives enemas.
-Assists patient in moving, maintaining proper alignment of patient’s body and utilizing good body mechanics.
-Takes and records vital signs.
-Reports observations to the attending physicians.
-Assists physicians when examining patients.
-Coordinates with all Departments for patients discharge .
-Receives and endorses ward equipment and supplies.

Requirements

Priority: Valid ID, Diploma, TOR, PRC ID, Board Rating, Board Certificate
Others: Government Numbers (SSS, TiN, etc.), Clearances, Birth Certificate, COE, Trainings / Seminars.
