PRC Davao Registration Schedule for December 2013 NLE passers

Professional Regulation Commission - Davao Regional Office has posted the schedule of registration for passers of December 2013 nursing board exam.

The Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) was administered last December 7 and 8, 2013 and the results were released on January 15, 2014. A total of 10,977 out of 35,475 made it successfully in the list of passers in the exam given by the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, Nueva Ecija, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

For Davao passers, here's the schedule of registration and oathtaking:

Note: Registration for non-Davao examinees will start on February 24, 2014 at five registrants per day. You need to get a priority number at door 9, ground floor (first-come, first-served).

PRC Registration Requirements:

• duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
• 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
• 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
• 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
• Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2014-2017.
